Managing Principal & Chief Executive Officer

Olu Adebo has more than twenty-five years of accounting, financial, and risk management consulting experience.  For thirteen years he was the Chief Financial Officer for the largest water and sewer utility company on the Eastern coast of the United States of America, the District of Columbia Water and Sewer Authority.


He is responsible for the day-to-day managerial decisions and leads the development and execution of the IBS long term strategy with a view to develop and build a strong company brand.


Since the inception of IBS, Olu has successfully led initiatives to drive enterprise-wide performance within client organizations, through strategy, business transformation, change management, financial accountability, and innovation. His hands-on and customer collaborative approach focuses on earning trust through transparency, implementing practical solutions that ensure sustainable growth, and driving efficiencies by leveraging data, analytics, and technology.


Olu holds a Master’s in Business Administration from The University of District of Columbia in Washington DC, and a Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering from the University of Lagos in Lagos. He is also a licensed Certified Public Accountant and a graduate of the Harvard Kennedy School of Business Leadership Academy.
