ECOWAS / Lagos Water Corporation PPP Transaction Advisory

Challenge: 

Lagos Water Corporation sought to rehabilitate 48 mini and micro waterworks under a BFOT (Build-Finance-Operate-Transfer) model with limited internal PPP capacity. 

Solution: 

IBS, was selected to provide transaction advisory services including: 

• Financial viability assessment of each waterworks 
• PPP structuring and procurement roadmap 
• Local expert deployment and regulatory coordination 
• Stakeholder engagement across state and donor partners
