IBS Management & Consultancy Services is a Washington DC Metropolitan Area-based certified minority-owned small business and growing advisory firm focused on helping public agencies achieve financial discipline, operational stability, and policy impact. Since our founding, we have supported dozens of utilities, transit and housing authorities, and government agencies through challenging transitions and transformational initiatives.
