Charity Munene

Charity Munene is a seasoned administrative professional with more than 13 years of experience in office management, human resources, and operations. At IBS Management & Consultancy Services, she oversees day-to-day administrative and HR functions, payroll, compliance, contract administration, and bookkeeping. Charity plays a critical role in supporting business development activities, ensuring that proposals, certifications, and regulatory requirements are well-documented and compliant. 


Her background includes leadership in HR management, compliance, and office operations across industries such as catering, education, and facilities management. Prior to joining IBS, she served as an HR Generalist at Sodexo, where she streamlined compliance processes, improved food service operations, and managed onboarding and recruitment. She has also held administrative and program coordination roles at national associations and catering companies. 


Charity holds a Bachelor of Science in Community Health from the University of Maryland and a Certificate in Project Management from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University. Known for her organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence, she is a reliable point of contact for both internal staff and external partners.
