Ola Anjorin, MBA

Ola Anjorin, MBA, serves as Principal and Chief Financial Officer at IBS Management and Consultancy Services, providing executive leadership in both finance and technology. Over a 27-year career in strategic finance, data analysis, executive management advisory, and consulting, he has driven organizational excellence through innovation and sound financial governance. He combines deep expertise in financial management with a passion for emerging technologies, leading teams to implement automation and advanced analytics that enhance decision-making and efficiency. 


In his role at the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA), Ola provided executive management advisory services to the Management and Budget Department. He leads teams to improve budgeting, forecasting, subsidy allocation, and financial reporting, while advising on the implementation of enterprise performance management and ERP systems – including Oracle Hyperion and Oracle Cloud Fusion – to modernize WMATA’s financial operations. Prior to his tenure at IBS, Ola spent over eight years with Booz Allen Hamilton as a strategic advisor, guiding federal agencies in optimizing their financial processes and compliance. At Booz Allen, he led initiatives to standardize financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting and supported the deployment of advanced analytics tools such as Oracle Hyperion Essbase across enterprise programs. 


Mr. Anjorin has led significant projects across municipal and state agencies, including overseeing a revenue leakage assessment for the City of Atlanta’s Department of Watershed Management, where he improved billing, metering, and collections processes to reduce losses and enhance efficiency through audits and policy reforms. He conducted merger impact analyses for the Maryland State Public Service Commission, focusing on environmental effects, competition, and ratepayer costs, while evaluating storm reliability proposals from multiple utilities. At the City of Jackson, he directed a comprehensive review of utility policies and procedures, recommending updates and new ordinances to increase operational effectiveness. 


Throughout his career, Ola has successfully led complex system implementations and process improvement initiatives for both public and private organizations. He excels in developing robust financial models – for example, automating subsidy allocation and multi-year forecasting, Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBA) impact assessment modeling – which improve accuracy and transparency in financial planning. His expertise in data-driven analysis and continuous process optimization has helped clients streamline operations, mitigate risks, and strengthen fiscal accountability. Ola holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from the University of the District of Columbia.
